What should I do if there is a return on a FBL order ?


Nothing our warehouse takes care of returns order.

If a customer changes his/her mind and returns your good back to our warehouse (in accordance with the returns policy), our team will check the quality of the product and packaging:

1.If the return pass the quality check then it is ready to be sold again, so it will be stored back (unless you wish to receive it back)

2.If the product is damaged, it will be sent back to your WH.

You will receive an email when an item is being returned and in Seller Center, you can see the returned items when :

  • Click on “Orders” then “Manage Orders”
  • Under "Completed" > “Returned”

You can also click on the specific order and learn more about it
