What should I do if there is a cancellation on a FBL order ?


Nothing our warehouse takes care of canceled order.

If the customer cancel the order or if our 3PL tries to deliver the product, but cannot reach the customer (e.g. the address is not valid) or if our 3PL fails several times to deliver the product then :

Your product will be send back to Lazada’s fulfillment center, where it will be stored back and ready to be sold again.
