What is seller rating and how do I improve it?


Seller Rating is the numerical representation of the your operational performance which is calculated on weekly basis. Seller performance is rated from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest or excellent performance which is determined by 3 factors - lead time, cancellation rate and returns. 

Results will be shared with sellers by email which is sent out every Thursday.

To Improve your seller rating

1. All orders must be handed over to your assigned 3PL within 24 hours

2. Avoid out of stock cancellations by updating your stock twice a week

3. Ensure all products sold on Lazada are of high quality and as per advertised, to avoid inconvenience returns.
