What is Lazada's Seller Center mobile app and where do I download it?
 
Lazada's Seller Center mobile app allows you to manage your business on the go. You will never lose a business opportunity, even when you are away from your computer. The app allows you to see new orders coming in, update stock counts, revise prices and review your shop performance.

The Seller Center mobile app is currently only available for Android mobile devices.

What can I do using the Seller Center mobile app?

In Lazada's Seller Center mobile app, you can perform the following:

1. Edit product - Update stock count, product prices, or active/deactivate products

                                            

2. Tracking orders - View order status i.e. Pending, Ready to Ship

3. Process orders - Change order status from Pending to Ready to Ship once an order is ready for pickup

                                                                                                                 

4. View performance - Review operational performance indicators in last 30 days and sales performance in last 7 days

What are the limitations of the Seller Center mobile app that can be done only in Seller Center desktop version?
 
The Seller Center mobile app does not currently offer the following capabilities.  To perform these actions, please log in to the Seller Center desktop version. 

1. Add products
2. Edit product descriptions
3. Access financial statement
4. View announcements
5. Join upcoming promotions
6. Export files
7. Print documents
8. Barcode Scanning

How do I change the number and type of notifications I receive?

You cannot change the number of notifications you receive but you can customize the type of notifications you wish to receive. 

To change the type of notifications you receive, select "Settings" from the menu button. Towards the bottom of the page, use the "Notifications" section to turn on/off the green button for your desired type of notifications.
