How do I join marketing campaigns?

You may join marketing campaigns through one of the following methods:
1. Click "Promotions" from Seller Center Homepage 
2. Click "All Promotions"

3. Select which promotion you want to join and click "Apply"

Here another way you can join the promotions.  From Seller Center Homepage, below your Seller Rating, scroll down and you will see the Promotions tab.


You can then add items you wish to include in the campaign.  Alternatively, you may coordinate directly with your Key Account Manager / Vendor Performance Manager for joining the campaign. Note that all products included in the promotion undergo a quality check process.

Review of the SKUs will start 24 - 48 hrs before registration ends.

Why should I join marketing campaigns?

We highly encourage you to join marketing campaigns because of the following potential benefits:

1. Campaign daily net order is 7x the average daily net orders
2. Up to 5.5x the average daily sales
3. Campaign visits are 5x vs. the average daily visits
4. Highest revenues are achieved during campaigns

Where can I find out about the available marketing campaigns?

Seller can now participate in Lazada's Promotion/Campaign through the Promotions Section.  It can be found at the top of Seller Center upon login.

1.  Click "Promotions"

2.  Click "All Promotions"

3.  Select which campaign you want to join and click "Apply"

Seller can use this tools to submit their SKU for campaign, SKU submission will be subject to Lazada's approval.

 

Review of the SKU will start 24 - 48 hrs before registration will end.

What do I do after I have submitted products for a specific campaign?

As all products submitted for campaigns undergo the quality check process, check for any rejected products through the following steps:
1. Click "Promotions" --> "My Promotions"
2. Update rejected product information based on the rejected reason

If all products submitted have been approved, simply wait for the orders to come in during campaign!

Can i change my stock level & pricing in the midst of an active promotion?

No, Seller should allocate a certain amount of stock level in anticipation of a promotion. However stock level changes are possible via Product Page Tab, but price changes are not possible.

What happens to my product prices when a campaign is over?

Product prices will automatically revert back to the Sale Price indicated in the "Manage Products" page when a campaign is over.

How are products sold during marketing campaigns reflected on my account statement?

All product sales during campaign will be reflected on your account statement the same way as all regular sales.
